    Senator Walters moved to amend the bill on page five, section twenty-five, line fifty-five, after the word “school.” by inserting the following: No private or parochial secondary school shall, upon its application for membership, be denied membership in the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission on account of the private or parochial secondary school offering a boarding program to its students, and no students so boarded may be denied participation in league, regional or state championships on account of their status as boarding students.
